Othello Technology takes great care to ensure that each of the state-of-the-art datacentres that we occupy exceed the highest standards of service, support, security and redundancy. This is necessary to ensure the level of service our customers have come to expect.
Each location is equipped with Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and stand-by generation systems (N=1), fully redundant connectivity fibre, advanced air-conditioning climate control and 24/7/365 security.
All our datacentre facilities are SunTone and/or ISO 9000:2000 certified. These badges of approval are only granted to organisations whose solutions have demonstrated best practices in the areas of infrastructure, operations, hardware, software, security and overall service delivery.
