We ordered an ADSL connection from othellotech.net for our companies internet connectivity. The order was booked promptly and within a week the lines were tested and the connection was ready to rock. We did have a few intermittent issues due to our equipment, but othellotech.net's technical staff were highly responsive and very competent and within hours all the issues were resolved. Without your help and recommendations I would still be floundering in a sea of internet jargon; and your comments I have always taken on board, which have greatly improved my attempts in web authoring. It was'nt that long ago I thought a jpeg was something that held up the washing on the line ! - frankly, I did not fully realise the involvement and learning to produce anything near to professional web sites and when I had a look at the G P Practices listed with web sites - nor apparently do others. From the very early days of your suggestions that I learn (at least a basic of) HTML and to CHECK - CHECK and then CHECK again has proved to be two of the most important commandments of web authoring. About the service weve received from Othellotech. In one word its been fantastic! Rob has gone out of his way on several occasions to help us with issues that weve experienced and always been helpful if weve asked him something. The transit hasnt been down in the 10 months that weve been with them, even when Othellotech moved into their own suite we didnt experience any downtime and wouldnt have noticed if we werent also moving racks at the same time. I've been a customer at hosting begins (an Othellohosts brand) for many years now and while I've chopped and changed my broadband provider, my phone company and my TV supplier I've never shifted from Hosting Begins hosting packages. I've never had any problems that weren't of my own making, but when I made mistakes, or needed advice for my own customers' websites the customer service has been second to none, with immediate personal replies at ridiculous times of the day and night, from someone who really knows his stuff. Hosting begins gives the impression of being a small personal organisation, causing the largest and most popular competition to hang their heads in shame.

Choosing anything on Internet is always a risk, particularly when it comes to solving problems or getting advice later on, but I can say that I have never regretted choosing Hosting Begins (an Othellohosts brand). The help that you get is absolutely second to none - how many other Internet-based services reply to you the same day ? And with a real personal reply, not just a pre-formatted answer. And if you need to reply back it's the same person that comes back to you. Here in France I have another site hosted with a local company - it costs me 10 times the price, has frequent down-time and the stats never work... I must be mad not to move it to Hosting Begins (an Othellohosts brand) - must get round to it soon!

There are many web hosting companies and it's probably the case that Hosting Begins (an Othellohosts brand) is one of the smaller ones. It's precisely for that reason (and because their hosting packages provide such good value) that I would recommend them. Even though (or perhaps because) there is no telephone helpline, the customer support offered by Hosting Begins is superb. It is prompt, considerate and unfailingly helpful; nothing seems to be too much trouble. In my experience at least the service Hosting Begins offers is second to none and I would thoroughly recommend them.
Dealing with HostingBegins (an Othellohosts brand) has always been a pleasure, incredibly quick response to any and all of my issues. I have been using their services for a number of years and would never consider changing, even for a better price.
